What if I can't find availability for the dates I need?
Please contact us if you can't find a room for your dates — sometimes we have availability that does not show up in the online calendar.
What if I find a better price on Airbnb, Booking.com or Google?
Please contact us! We'll always match or beat any price you find via a third-party website.
Can I book multiple rooms?
Yes — by using the "room combination" options you'll find in the booking system, for example "Family Suite + Meadow Room". If you try to book these separately, you'll find you're paying more.
How can I pay?
Payment is by bank transfer (BACS or "Faster Payments" in the UK). If you're in the UK, you can also send us an old-fashioned cheque in the post. If you want to pay by credit or debit card, please get in touch. All bookings must be paid in advance - we do not accept cash on arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
All bookings are 100% refundable up to 21 days before check-in day. Thereafter, bookings are non-refundable, though we may on a discretionary basis make a full or partial refund if we are able to re-book your room(s).
